My mother and I moved into one of the senior villas in September. The accessibility and opportunity for my mother to socialize with other residents is so valuable. Danielle, the property manager, has always been very responsive to any requests we have made. The maintenance team is super fast, professional, and courteous as well. The grounds are well maintained with nice sidewalks for strolling. The location is perfect and convenient. Amenities make this place superior to other options in our area.

Beautiful brand new apartment that I just left after residing there for 2years only to move out of state ( I prob would’ve never left )! Love the community , miss my GORGEOUS apartment , the hardwood floors , the large rooms and I def miss siting on my balcony in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset . THAnK GOD, for the property manager Danielle , any concern I had her door was always open and taken care of right away! I’m glad I found this community to live in during my time in Indiana as it def made my time here enjoyable !!

What amenities does Centennial Crossing offer residents?

Residents enjoy access to a clubhouse, community room, outdoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, racquetball court, meeting rooms, common areas with a fireplace, BBQ/picnic areas, patios or decks, and landscaped grounds.

Are there 55+ age-restricted units available?

Yes, we offer select units specifically for residents aged 55 and over.

Do the apartments and houses come with washer/dryer units?

Apartments include washer/dryer units. Houses feature washer/dryer hookups.

Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Yes, all units feature a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove/oven. Senior villas also include microwaves.

Is parking available for residents?

Yes, we offer both attached or detached garages for resident use.

Are there pet-friendly units at Centennial Crossing?

Yes, select residences are pet friendly. Pet policy allows up to 2 pets and a $350 non-refundable pet registration fee as well as a $30 monthly per pet fee for pets up to 50 lbs and $50 monthly per pet fee for pets over 50 lbs. Animals must be spayed/neutered and have up to date rabies vaccinations. more policies apply. Please refer to our pet policy included on our rates tab.

Are there non-smoking units available?

Yes, we offer select non-smoking units.

Is extra storage available?

Yes, extra storage space is available for residents.

What types of window coverings are provided?

All units come with window coverings for added privacy and comfort.

Is there outdoor entertainment space?

Yes, residents enjoy BBQ grills, picnic areas, and common spaces for gatherings.
