Yes, select residences are pet friendly. Pet policy allows up to 2 pets and a $350 non-refundable pet registration fee as well as a $30 monthly per pet fee for pets up to 50 lbs and $50 monthly per pet fee for pets over 50 lbs. "My mother and I moved into one of the senior villas in September. The accessibility and opportunity for my mother to socialize with other residents is so valuable. Danielle, the property manager, has always been very responsive to any requests we have made. The maintenance team is super fast, professional, and courteous as well.
